How to make scrambled eggs

Today I learnt how to write the scrambled eggs recipe. I was give some keywords at the side of the template and I had to fill in the rest.

Peter heals the lame man

One day Peter and John were going up to the temple at the time of prayer at 3PM. A lame man would
be carried to the Temple gate where he was put out to beg. 

Peter saw him and said “I don’t have gold and silver, but in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk”. 
Taking his right hand Peter, helped him up. The lame man was amazed that he could walk. 

The lame man was praising and thanking God. He was telling everybody he could stand until the
guards heard.  They arrested Peter and John that night . The next day people were questioning Peter
and John.  After that they released Peter and John. The guards told them not to speak of Jesus again

But they did not obey and continued to spread the good word of the Lord.

How to make scrambled eggs and a cup of tea

How to make Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

1 egg 

         

             ⅓ cup of milk

             Pinch of Salt 

             Butter 

1.  Break the egg into a bowl

2. Put ⅓ of a cup of milk into a bowl 

3. Whisk the egg and milk 

4. Melt a piece of butter in a pan 

5. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan 

       

6. Then wait for it to get lumpy and then put it on a plate 

    

1. Put one tea bag in a cup

2. Boil the jug    

     

       3. Pour the water into the cup

       4. Add a little bit of milk and a teaspoon of sugar.

       

During the lockdown

Reflection

During the lockdown, staying home was safe but it was too long.
So I tried to stay active by helping Nana around the house. 
On warmer days,  we did digging and weeding, in the garden.
Naming some plants and trees was cool.
I also  learnt to bake cupcakes with my Nana.
I feel confident now to bake cupcakes by myself.
I was able to make decisions on things like what to have for dinner and write
a shopping list.             During the lockdown, I looked forward to online lessons
with my teacher and to see my friends. 
I watched some of the learning programme on TV and sometimes
  joined in with the exercises. I was so excited to receive a phone
call of winning a prize for a colouring competition.
Then I waited for the level to be changed in order to pick it up.
I feel that it is important to stay strong and positive during the lockdown
and keep praying. 

1.What are some things that you are grateful for?

I'm grateful to God for his love and protecting us.
I'm thankful for my Nana for helping and looking after me. 

2. What are some things that you appreciate?

I appreciate having education online and being at home.  

3.What have been some things that you have missed?

I miss being with my friends at school and spending time with my Daddy.

4.What were somethings that you thought you have missed but haven't? 

I thought my Nana and I would miss Holy Mass but we have not because
we have it online daily. 

Dear God.
      Thank you for protecting us through the virus.
Thank you for providing food, drinks, and education online.
Thank you for all the doctors, nurses and those who offer their lives to help.
Thank you Jesus for our Priests for still celebrating Mass online during
the lockdown. Thank you for  the leaders of our country Jesus, please
heal the people who have Coronavirus. We pray for those  who have died.

Today I did a Dictogloss listening task about the Holy Spirit.

What does Pentecost mean? 

Means 50  and 50 days after Easter.

  

What did the Holy Spirit give to the people

The Holy Spirit gave the people Spiritual gifts. The people became confident, bold and strong and not
confused or scared anymore.

How did the Holy Spirit impact people?

The Holy Spirit  guides and encourages them to do good by being helpful, kind and

forgiving.

What does being a follower of Jesus mean?

To  worship Jesus and live his message of love, justice and peace, so that we help build his Kingdom
here on earth as in Heaven. ,

On the day of Pentecost 

On the day of Pentecost the disciples were praying in the upper tower. Suddenly, they heard a huge
bang. They were afraid and the tongues of fire came above them. They became confident and began
speaking in different languages.
